Because our products are digital and are delivered electronically, all sales of digital products are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and made available for download or access, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Having Trouble With Your Purchase?

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading a product you purchased, please get in touch with us. While digital products are non-refundable, we’ll do our best to help resolve technical issues and make sure you can access the product you purchased.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the situation and determine whether an exception can be made.
